Title 2, Article 4, Clause E:

It is the responsibility of department high command to request a background check on any individual pending promotion into any of the following positions:

• Executive Access (BG Check must be requested by Department Director)

• Integrity Assurance Department Intern

• Records Analyst 

• System Integrity Analyst 

• Technical Associate

If someone is put in one of these positions before IAD has notified command that they passed their BG Check, the department's command will be subject to punishment.
