(A) Most department punishments will consist of any of the following, and is discretionary to the relevant Director.
Verbal Caution
Citation
Suspension
Demotion
Removal
Exclusionary Removal
(B) Appeals for any punishments are to be directed to the IAD for processing.
(C) Note that while department punishments will be issued for breaking department regulations, if the violation also resulted in an AoC violation, an additional punishment will be issued by IAD.
(1) All AoC violation punishments will consist of one or more of the following, determined by the IAD with approval from departmental command (if departmental).
Class I >>> Verbal Caution
This consists of a verbal reprimand by any authoritative body.
Class II >>> Written Caution
A formal caution is given for minor offences.
Class III >>> Suspension
A temporary removal from duties.
Class IV >>> Exile
A reversible removal from the group's ranks, you will be unable to rank up beyond 'subject'.
Class V >>> Blacklist
A permanent blacklist from being a member of VRI, only appealable in special circumstances.
Class VI >>> Scrub
A complete removal of all of your data related to VRI. This fully prevents you from ever returning and can only be issued by the Operations Director.
(2) Appeals for any punishments are to be directed to the IAD for processing.
(2a) For blacklists, a minimum 2 month waiting period applies.
