(A) Any person within any communication forum of the Initiative (including Discords, Roblox Groups and Group Chats created for Initiative purposes) qualifies as a member of the Initiative.
(B) All members are entitled to, and must be provided with, a friendly and open space to express thoughts within reason and without persecution.
(C) All members are entitled to, and must be provided with, a non-discriminatory space where they may share their opinions and conditions without harmful content from other members for any reason.
(D) All members are entitled to and must be provided with opportunities to challenge punishments or unjust action taken against them by Departmental Command or Executive Command.
(E) All members are entitled to and must be provided with a safe space to report superior and peer misconduct without fear of discrimination or targeting.
(F) All members have the right to be listened to, and to listen to others within reason and with due respect.
(G) All members have the non-negotiable right to express their own opinions; likewise, all members have the non-negotiable responsibility to respect and consider others’ opinions within reason and with due respect.
(H) It is the responsibility of IAD and the departmental command to create regulations that fit around these rights. Only the Operations Director is permitted to change these rights.
