Members may not attempt to or succeed in utilizing their given authority for malicious or otherwise unprofessional purposes in any manner.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class III
2nd offence - Case-By-Case determination.
Members may not:
(a) Attempt to offer a bribe
(b) Willingly receive or attempt to receive a bribe.
*A bribe is defined as a monetary or extraordinary gift by another party with the intent to change the free will of an individual.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class IV/ III.
Members may not attempt to or succeed in harassing another community member. Harassment is defined as any action with intent to:
(a) Cause significant distress to another party
(b) Continually annoy or disrupt a member’s duties or speech with malicious intent.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class III/ Class VI
2nd offence - Class IV
Members may not attempt to or succeed in breaking real-life laws applicable to them
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class VI
Members may not attempt to or succeed in blackmailing another community member. Blackmail is defined as attempting to or succeeding in coercing another community with threat to leak personal information or to intentionally defame another for their own personal gain, financial or otherwise.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class IV
2nd offence - Class V
Members may not disseminate or share any classified material outside of authorised locations or to unauthorised persons without approval.
Sanctions:

Members may not attempt to disrupt or influence judicial actions by the IAD, Executive Council or Directorate in any circumstance.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class II
2nd offence - Class III
3rd offence - Class IV
Members may not intentionally share falsified or misleading evidence and content to the IAD, Executive Council or Directorate while under oath.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class II
2nd offence - Class V
3rd offence - Class VI
Members may not possess copies or original versions of classified documents (as defined under Title 3) under any circumstances and/or fail to declare and surrender them to an authoritative body, except where required to conduct a duty. eg. Background Inspections. Further details on this can be found in S.A.F.E.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Case-by-case
Members may not overly abuse moderation or administrator commands in any circumstance. Examples may include random killing with commands or excessive usage of teleportation commands.
Sanctions:
1st offence - Class III
2nd offence - Class V
Only the Operations Managers+ are permitted to take action based on these charges, however, it is the responsibility of IAD to advise them on what decision to make based on evidence. Where applicable, the sanctions will be accompanied by department reprimands.
