(A) The Articles of Conduct serve as a clandestine guideline for all members of The Venture (henceforth referred to as the Initiative) to follow in order to uphold peace and an excellent work ethic.
(B) Enforcement of the AoC is under the jurisdiction of the Integrity and Assurance Department (henceforth IAD), which will issue punishments and handle some legislative changes.
(C) Development Staff under the Department of Technology are exempted from all titles, excluding Title 5, Article 2. The rules and exceptions of this entitlement may be found in Article 2, Section 4.
(E) The Operations Managers, the Operations Director and Initiative Directors are wholly exempt from the AoC. Initiative Directors and the Operations Director hold supreme veto authority over any issued document or punishment without prior notice as required.
(A) IAD Command Members are exempt from Title 5.1 whilst on team and conducting official duties to prosecute, detain or otherwise intervene in criminal action.
(B) OMs are exempt from all titles, excluding Title 5.2, 3 and 1 in any situation. They follow the expectations set out by the Operations Director.
(D) Development Staff who have passed Probationary Status are exempt from all titles in any situation, excluding Title 1, 3 and 5.2. This only applies when they are on the developer team. Exceptions to this rule are listed in the developer guidelines.
(E) The Operations Director and both Initiative Directors are exempt from all titles and legislative documentation, with no exceptions. In addition, approval from the Operations Director or one of the Initiative Directors is required for someone to be scrubbed. All other punishments can freely be issued by IAD, following internal regulations.
F) This document can only be overridden by the Operations Director, as they oversee all administrative matters.
G) Certain departmental documents may grant exceptions to this document, but they must be clearly stated. The AoC remains the superior document. This can only be done with a signature from the OD, so it follows on from clause F.
